2 sets @ 75%

2 sets @ 80%

C.CONDITIONING

75 Synchro AB Mat Sit-ups

50 Synchro Dumbbell Snatch @22,5/15 kg

75 Box Jump overs 60/50 cm

25 Ring/Bar Muscle-ups Time Cap 20’ Intermediate option: Men 15 kg dumbbells | Women: 10 kg dumbbells Beginners option: Men: 10 kg dumbbells | Women: 5 kg dumbbells *NOTE: while partner A performs one rep of Wall ball , partner B synchronized perform one rep of Air Squat. E. ACCESSORY (Optional)
